Direct contact with the operations director. Nationserv provides full corporate documentation, financial accounts, insurance certificates, accreditations, case study references and an SLA commitment. Onboarding with a new insurer or loss adjuster usually completes within two to four weeks.

What are your response SLAs? +

For instructed emergencies Nationserv aims to attend the same day, with property made safe within 24 hours. For planned reinstatement, first contact with the policyholder is made within four hours of instruction, with a surveyor on site within 48 hours. SLA cadence is tailored to each insurer.

Which insurer systems and platforms do you work with? +

Nationserv estimates in Xactimate and Symbility, runs job management and scheduling through Blueprint, centralises communication in Salesforce, reports live operational updates through Pulse and handles job costing in Atoms. Daily site reports, photographic records and schedule of rates costing are provided in the format each insurer requires.

Who carries out the work on site? +

Core trades sit in house. Plastering, carpentry, decorating, general building and surveying are all delivered by Nationserv teams. For specialist scopes such as electrical, gas, roofing and asbestos removal, Nationserv works with a vetted list of approved specialists under its own project management. Every person on site is accountable to Nationserv.
